Apple's iPhone 12 Pro, launched for a starting price of $999, is available for preorders.
With the iPhone 12 family, Apple has officially (and expectedly) entered the 5G race. The iPhone 12 Pro can connect to sub-6 and mmWave 5G in the US.
One of the surprising features was the "ceramic shield" display technology, which Apple says gives the screen four times better drop performance. It's Apple's answer to the Gorilla Glass Victus used by Samsung.
The iPhone 12 Pro features a 6.1-inch OLED screen, which Apples calls a Super XDR display.
Like the iPhone 12, the 12 Pro (left) has an iPhone 5-style design.
The iPhone 12 Pro has a straight-edged polished stainless steel band.
On the back, there are three lenses: A 12-megapixel wide, 12-megapixel ultra-wide, and 12-megapixel telephoto.
The cameras on the iPhone 12 Pro along with the rest of its siblings are improved A14 Bionic chip.
The iPhone 12 Pro, like its siblings, doesn't come with an in box power adapter. Apple reintroduced its MagSafe chargers that attach to the back of the iPhones using magnets.
