Apple has lobbied for 13 new emojis to represent people with different disabilities. Let's take a look.
Here's a man in a wheelchair for you to use along with your smiley faces or various critters.
Like some of Apple's other emojis, these new ones have versions with different genders. Here is a woman in a wheelchair. We expect that if these are approved by Unicode, the consortium that controls emojis on the internet, you'll also be able to select various hair colors and skin tones.
Prosthetics get represented, too. Here we see a prosthetic arm.
This one is a prosthetic leg.
