The Smartbook is a laptop style interface for your Hero 2. Just tap the NFC hotspot and you're off and running. Alcatel OneTouch is targeting a 'less than Chromebook' price point for this one. €179 ($232 / £141 / AU$247)

This HDMI TV dongle is another Hero 2 interface option for streaming content from your device. €29 ($37 / £23 / AU$40)

The Sidekick 2 is a classic candybar phone companion for your much-bigger smartphone friend. The Sidekick 2 can make and take calls as well as control your music collection. €39 ($51 / £31 / AU$54)

In music-control mode, the Sidekick 2 loses the numeric keypad and replaces it with a music playback interface.

The e-ink 'E-card' option is a mini e-reader tied to your smartphone. You can instantly share screenshots with the card, for quick access to fixed ideas like shopping lists or boarding passes where they can remain on screen for handy access. It can also act as an e-book reader.

The default screen for the E-card accessory offers today's weather in your location. €69 ($89 / £55 / AU$95)

Alcatel OneTouch also offers more standard Flip covers, with these two familiar styles. The open-window model gives easy access to info on screen, while the other model uses a pixel interface to display information like the screen popularised by the HTC One M8.
