The square black device is a live-streaming camera.

The live-streaming camera isn't sold as part of the $300 starter kit -- you'll have to spend an extra $150 to add it to your setup.

Abode also works with Nest, so you can add Nest Cam Indoor and Nest Cam Outdoor models as well.

The two included door/window sensors let you know when a door (or window) opens.
