A closer look at the Fujifilm X-M1 (pictures)

The body is smaller and lighter than its older sibling, and has less metal in it.

Compared with the X-E1, the X-M1 has a less analog, more digital design. Where the X-E1 has shutter speed and exposure compensation dials, the X-E1 has a typical mode dial. The X-E1 also requires aperture controls to be on the lens, as that's the only way to control it.

The X-M1 has a typical layout of controls on the back. The LCD also tilts.

That vertical dial is likely a jog-dial, in keeping with Fujifilm's standard camera designs. The X-M1 also has an adjustment dial.
