The Best Cyber Monday TV Deals From $100 LCD to QLED to OLED

Today is Cyber Monday and that means deep discounts on a full range of new TVs.

David Katzmaier
Ty Pendlebury

Cyber Monday has arrived and there's still time to get a great deal on a new TV. While many of the Black Friday TV deals have sold out, plenty of discounted TV remain available from retailers like AmazonBest BuyWalmart and Target. The challenge right now isn't finding a TV claiming to be on sale, but finding one worth buying that's seen a real price drop. Seemingly every TV is marked with some kind of sale price, but it's not always easy to tell which TV deals are actually worth your hard-earned cash.

That's why we've handpicked the best TV deals below, from 32-inch bargain models to some of the best TVs we've reviewed this year like the LG C2 OLED TV. They're all still on sale during Cyber Monday.

Best Cyber Monday TV deals

Insignia

A $120 TV is about as Cyber Monday as it gets. We haven't reviewed this Insignia but we don't expect it to have world-beating image quality based on its specifications, although its 720p resolution should be plenty for this size. We're also not the biggest fans of the Fire TV system compared to Roku or Google TV, but at this price it's tough to go wrong.

TCL

One of our favorite TVs from the budget TVs roundup, this TCL offers the excellent Roku TV operating system and a solid picture for a very good price. This 58-inch model looks like the best deal right now, although if that's too big the 55-inch size is also on sale for $340.

LG/CNET

The C2 is our favorite high-end TV for the money in 2022, and this is the best price of the year so far. Sure it's still expensive, but it beats any non-OLED TV we've tested with perfect black levels, unbeatable contrast and superb off-angle viewing. It's also available in other sizes, from 42 to 83 inches.

The Samsung QD-OLED promises improved color, brightness and viewing angles compared with standard OLED TVs. Though we haven't tested the TV in the lab, David Katzmaier had a hands-on early look at it in New York this year, and it appeared to offer excellent picture quality. It's still a bit more than the LG C2, which we have tested, so between the two we continue to recommend that model. But for Samsung fans, this is an impressive deep discount.

FAQs

Should I wait till Cyber Monday to buy a TV?

Sales are always available, and if a deal is good there's no reason to wait until specific times like Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Sometimes Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals aren't really deals at all, and several manufacturers produce "doorbusters" specifically for the day itself. The best advice is to go with established models, and don't be afraid to buy a 2021 version, as these often offer the best discounts.

Where are the best deals for Cyber Monday?

While Amazon is the default for most people when they're shopping online, the site doesn't always have the best deals. Walmart, Target, Best Buy and more also offer exclusive deals, including in-house brands, for Cyber Monday.

Which month is the cheapest to buy a TV?

While November is a great time to buy a TV, thanks to pre-Black Friday through post-Cyber Monday sales, there are also plenty of other opportunities to get a deal. For instance, the best discounts happen just after the holidays or when a new model goes on sale, which happens from March onward. So buying "last year's TV" will often get you a model that's just as good as the one that replaces it, but at a significant saving.

Cyber Week deals remain

Cyber Monday may be over, but not all of its deals left with it. We've updated this page with more deals that are still available and removed the ones that have since expired.

Cyber Monday TV deals are thinning out

While all of the TV deals above are still available, at this point on Cyber Monday lot of other deals from the weekend have disappeared or hung up the out-of-stock flag. The Fire TV 4 series below is more expensive today than it was on Black Friday, for example, but it's still a solid deal.

If you see a good deal that's sold out in one location, it never hurts to hit all the big names and see if it's popped up there.

Many Roku TV deals sold out, here's what remains

Some of the more difficult deals to track down right now thanks to selling out in most places are the great Roku TV deals. That doesn't mean they're all gone, it just means you've gotta know where to look and it's important to act quickly when you see something you like. Here are some of the better deals still on offer.

TCL

TCL 55-inch 4K UHD HDR Roku TV: $300

Save $300

It's a fairly standard size Roku TV at a solid price, and this TCL did well in our budget TV roundup. Many areas still have this TV available for in-store pickup at Target, which means you can order them right now and have your TV held until you get there.

Hisense

Hisense 43-inch LED 4K UHD Roku TV: $200

Save $70

If you're looking for a goos inexpensive TV with all of the best smart features attached, it's hard to go wrong here. Amazon and Best Buy both have this TV available for delivery, although the wait we're seeing at Amazon is mid-January.

Amazon Fire TVs Get Discounts for Cyber Monday

Until last year if you wanted to get a TV with an integrated Fire TV you had to buy a third-party model from the likes of Insignia or Toshiba. But Amazon now makes its own-branded Fire TVs -- the 4-series and Omni -- and they're on sale for Cyber Monday. All models are full of features including voice remotes, 4K resolutions, and HDR support while the Omnis add Dolby Vision support and far-field voice control.

Amazon

50-inch Amazon Fire TV 4-Series $290

Save $180

All of Amazon's 4-series models have been discounted for Cyber Monday. The discount on these models isn't as deep as it was for Black Friday, but it's still a good price. These step-downs from the Omni Series may not offer hands-free voice control but they do have a voice remote, plus 4K resolution and HDR10.

Read CNET's take on the 4-series and Omni.

Amazon

75-inch Amazon Fire TV Omni

Save $300

There's no such thing as a TV that's too big, especially when it comes to 4K, just AV furniture that's too small.  The 75-inch Fire TV Omni is the best deal of the flagship with a 29% discount. This is one of the lowest prices we've seen this TV at since it was released last year, and it usually retails for $1,049. It's worth paying the extra $30 over the also-discounted 65-inch. Go big or stay home.
