Webby Awards calls for entries

The Webby Awards says it is accepting entries for its sixth annual awards show. The Webbys, sponsored by The International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences, based in San Francisco, is scheduled for May 2002. Web sites can be submitted in the following categories: activism, best practices, broadband, commerce, community, education, fashion, film, finance, games, government and law, health, humor, kids, living, music, Net art, news, personal Web site, politics, print and 'zines, radio, science, services, spirituality, sports, technical achievement, travel, TV, and weird. The deadline for submissions is Jan. 31.
