Clothing designer Tommy Hilfiger has accused Wal-Mart of selling counterfeit Hilfiger apparel over its Internet shopping site, which the clothing firm claims is in contempt of a 1996 court order mandating that Wal-Mart stop infringing Tommy Hilfiger's copyright. Tommy Hilfiger is seeking an injunction against the retail giant, the third instance of the clothing firm charging Wal-Mart with copyright infringement.
