Ticketmaster filed a lawsuit against online music site N2K for allegedly breaking a contract by defaulting on a $3 million payment, the computerized concert and event ticket sales company said. In April Ticketmaster and N2K signed a two-year, $12 million deal that made N2K the exclusive online music retailer for Ticketmaster. N2K executives could not be reached for comment after regular business hours. The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles.
