A subscriber to America Online sued the online service, claiming that customer traffic sparked by AOL's new pricing plan is preventing him from accessing the Internet, according to a report by Bloomberg. Ezra Graber of Richmond County, New York, filed the suit in New York State Supreme Court accusing AOL of breach of contract.
