Short Take: Novell settles piracy lawsuit

Novell announced it has reached a settlement for $130,000 in its complaint against Super Resources of San Jose, California. Novell's original complaint alleged that Super Resources, also known as High Tech Mart, had been filling out upgrade forms using the same original serial number in order to receive multiple upgrades.
