Excite is launching the AT&T Chat 'N Talk feature on its site. The service allows Excite chat participants to turn their online correspondence into one-on-one phone conversations. For the initial promotional period, the service will charge 15 cents a minute for calls anywhere in the United States. A similar agreement was launched with Lycos this past summer.
