Short Take: DoubleClick appoints public policy director

Internet ad provider DoubleClick has named Josh Isay, currently chief of staff to New York Sen. Charles E. Schumer, director of public policy and government affairs. In his new position, which he will begin in January, Isay will be responsible for representing the company's interests in Washington, D.C., individual states and internationally, DoubleClick said. Isay will coordinate DoubleClick's industry efforts on policy matters.
