As part of Twitter's ongoing efforts to revamp TweetDeck, the Twitter client rolled out an update today that lets users change the appearance of the application.

Users of the Twitter-owned TweetDeck, can now adjust the color scheme of the application from the traditional dark background to a lighter theme by toggling a switch on the top toolbar. Additionally, the dark background is "clearer and cleaner," according to the TweetDeck blog.

Users can also change the size of the font in the settings pane.

The update is live online, and was rolled out to Chrome, Mac and Windows as well. Windows users will need to restart the app, while Chrome app users will need to restart Chrome. The updated Mac app is available for download in the App Store.
