Solsoft adds $12 million to coffers

Solsoft announced Monday it raised $12 million in a fourth round of funding. Logispring and previous investors The Carlyle Group, CLAM Private Equity and Rothschild Management contributed to the round. The Mountain View, Calif.-based company has raised nearly $35 million to date. Solsoft develops visual policy management software for network security. The software allows companies to automatically reconfigure their networks when adding such vendor products as VPN.
