Short Take: Xdrive snares Critical Path executive as chief

Web-based file storage start-up Xdrive named Paul Gigg its president and chief executive officer. Gigg, formerly chief operating officer of email technology provider Critical Path, succeeds Xdrive founder Brett O'Brien as chief executive. O'Brien remains as Xdrive's chairman.
