Short Take: TV exec to produce women's Web site

Former CBS and Viacom executive Geoffrey Darby has been appointed president of production for Oxygen Media, where he will run the day-to-day operations of the cable and Net content company that will target women and is slated to debut out later this year. With more than 20 years of media experience, Darby had been head of all network programming for CBS since 1996.
