Temporary employees at Microsoft have filed a new lawsuit against the software giant, broadening their efforts to gain entitlement to the same benefits the company's regular employees receive, according to the Associated Press. The new suit applies to temporary workers hired after 1990, while a previous suit applied to upwards of 300 temporary workers who were employed by Microsoft between 1987 and 1990.
