Short Take: PBS, WebTV alliance
The Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) announced an alliance with WebTV Networks to cybercast on-air programming and PBS ONLINE Web content. PBS will also customize pages of PBS ONLINE for WebTV subscribers that will launch from the WebTV Kid-Friendly Home Page. An updated version of PBS ONLINE will launch in February.
