Short Take: Network Solutions signs domain deal in China

Net registry Network Solutions has inked a deal with China's Computer Network Information Center, the central registry for the ".cn" top-level domain. The two firms will jointly market registration in the ".com," ".net," ".org," and ".cn" domains for businesses in China. Network Solutions, whose contract to register the top-level domains expires next month, has signed similar deals recently in other parts of Asia as well as Scandinavia.
