Short Take: Netscape to open computer lab

Netscape Communications Wednesday will announce the Netscape Partner Engineering Center, a computer laboratory designed to accelerate the porting of Netscape applications to different platforms. The center will be based at Netscape's headquarters in Mountain View, California.
