Short Take: MSN snubs P, Q and R

The Microsoft Network has been having trouble with its Ps and Qs, not to mention its Rs. For a 24-hour period last week, anyone with a user name that began with P, Q, or R didn't get any email, according to Larry Cohen, MSN group product manager. It seems that one of MSN's mail servers went down for a day. The problem was fixed and all mail was eventually delivered, Cohen said.
