Short Take: FutureNet to resume operation

FutureNet says a federal judge has signed a modified temporary restraining order--part of a tentative settlement with the Federal Trade Commission--that will allow it to resume operation. As a result of the order, FutureNet unit FutureNet Online will continue to market its Internet products and services.
