Short Take: Antitrust officials likely to file suit against Microsoft

There is a "likelihood" that antitrust officials will file a lawsuit against sometime this week, said an official in one state attorney general's office who asked not to be named. The source said between 13 and 20 states were still working out what remedies they would seek, and were working closely with the DOJ to coordinate their investigations. The suit likely will be filed on Thursday, Reuters reported.
