Overture launches in Italy

Commercial search company Overture Services said Wednesday that it expanded its international operations to Italy. Overture, which auctions search result rankings for certain key words, also named Gianluca Carrera as the managing director of its Italian operations. The company's other worldwide offices are located in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan and South Korea. By the end of the year, Overture expects to add Austria, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and Scandinavia to the list.
