Liquid Audio signs with indies

Online music software and services company Liquid Audio says it has inked deals to digitally distribute music for six independent record labels: Bar/None Records, Emperor Norton Records, Kung-Fu Records, Milan Entertainment, Oh Boy/Blue Plate Music/Red Pajamas Records and Om Records. Liquid Audio said that through the deals, music fans would be able to download a diverse selection of music from artists that include Willie Nelson, The Vandals and J. Boogie. In February, Liquid Audio signed a deal with independent record label Matador Records to distribute Matador's music in digital format through online retailers in the Liquid Music Network.
