Hot Toys has dialled back time to bring to life the third version of Batman.

Long before Christian Bale wore the cape and cowl, Adam West was a far different Batman. In his pale grey bodysuit and with his lady-killer ways, he defined a campy, silly and incredibly fun version of the character we know today as the Dark Knight. Can you imagine Christopher Nolan's Batman dancing the Batusi?

Hong Kong-based toy designer Hot Toys has already tackled the recent Nolan films; now, it's announced a blast from the past with a 1/6 scale model of the 1966 Adam West Batman and Burt Ward Robin.

"The collectible figure is newly developed and highly detailed, which is specially crafted based on the image of Adam West as the iconic character Batman, featuring a screen-accurate masked head sculpt, specially made costume with Batman logo, weapons and accessories," Hot Toys said on Facebook.

The Batman figure features an interchangeable lower face and 13 different hands that can either pose in iconic scenes or hold his accessories: the classic shark repellent, Batarang, communicator and oversized bomb. Batman stands at around 30 centimetres tall and Robin at around 28 centimetres, and both toys feature 30 points of articulation. A scale model Batmobile is coming soon.
