'Nothing will prepare you' for 'Game of Thrones' new season, says Arya
Maisie Williams just read the season 7 script, and she's tweeting teases about just how bad things are going to get when the HBO show returns.
Warning: "Game of Thrones" spoilers ahead for those who aren't caught up through season 6.
Arya Stark's has been through some bad, bad things on "Game of Thrones" -- her father losing his head, her fencing teacher probably giving up his life for hers, her friends and family being murdered around her. She's gone blind, been stabbed, worn the faces of the dead. She even fed a man his own dead sons chopped up and baked in a pie.
So what must it take for Maisie Williams, the actress who plays Arya, to flip out about the upcoming season? We can only imagine, but that's exactly what she did on Twitter Monday after getting a glimpse at the new script. Note: there's some swearing ahead, but it's probably justified.
For a show that's seen Theon castrated and flayed, a direwolf's head sewn to Robb Stark's body, and a creepy Septa Unella left to be tortured by a zombie Mountain, what can be freaking poor Williams out? She can't tell us of course, but that didn't stop fans from asking.
@Maisie_Williams is it that bad ? Do you die ? TELL US

One fan thought of another show that went off the rails, and made a "Lost" reference.
@Maisie_Williams Was the whole thing a dream and you all end up in some weird church in the end?

There was the inevitable "Sandlot" reference.
@Maisie_Williams you're killing me, smalls! #GoT

A "Walking Dead" nod. (Fans of that show claim, "If Daryl (Dixon) dies, we riot!")
@Maisie_Williams But I'm telling you if you die, we riot!!! #GameofThrones

And one fan pointed out that Williams' tease was more fitting for a member of a more torturous house than her own loyal clan.
Tormenting your fans. You might be a Stark on the show, but on Twitter you're all Bolton. =) @maisie_williams

Williams may not be able to reveal anything, but a former cast member sparked some gossip on Instagram over the weekend. Jason Momoa, who played the late Khal Drogo on "Game of Thrones," posted a photo taken of Momoa drinking in Ireland with "Thrones" showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss.
Fans immediately started to dream Drogo dreams. Wrote slackerchic, "he's with the creators of Thrones in the place where they film Thrones. Could a Drogo flashback or revival be in the works?!?!? I want to believe."
Winter may be coming in spring 2017, but for impatient fans, it's coming waaay too slowly.
