AOL site is hoops fans' dream come true

America Online has launched an online sports community dedicated to die-hard basketball fans called Extreme Fans College Hoops.

The new service allows fans to interact online with one another and provides the latest information on their favorite teams, including statistics, game summaries, schedules, conference wrap-ups, and articles from campus newspapers.

AOL subscribers can access Extreme Fans with Keyword Fans.
