AOL exec sells $1.5 million in stock

George Vradenburg III, AOL Time Warner's former executive vice president for global and strategic policy, has filed to sell 30,000 shares of the company's stock with a value of $1.5 million. Last week, AOL Time Warner announced that Commerce One President Robert M. Kimmitt will replace Vradenburg beginning July 1. Vradenburg will remain an advisor to AOL Time Warner, the company said.
