AOL exec sells $1.5 million in stock

George Vradenburg III, AOL Time Warner's former executive vice president for global and strategic policy, has filed to sell 30,000 shares of the company's stock with a value of $1.5 million. Last week, AOL Time Warner that Commerce One President Robert M. Kimmitt will replace Vradenburg beginning July 1. Vradenburg will remain an advisor to AOL Time Warner, the company said.
