Amazon makes some of our favorite security equipment for those who are looking for a DIY or budget-friendly alternative to a professional monitoring service. And if you're a Prime member, right now you can snag some for even less. The online retailer is currently offering some pre-Prime Day deals on Ring security bundles, with some kits discounted by as much as 52%. These deals are only available until July 5, so be sure to get your order in before then if you don't want to miss out on these savings. 

Whether you want to equip your entire home with motion detectors and entry sensors, or you just want to keep an eye on who's coming and going while you're away, you'll find all the gear you need for less at this sale -- as long as you're a Prime member.

If you only want the basics, you can snag this two-piece setup for just $60, which saves you $65 compared to the usual price. It includes one indoor camera and a video doorbell so you can monitor your front door for visitors, packages and would-be intruders. Just note that this kit includes the wired video doorbell, which requires existing wiring (or some electrical know-how) to install.
