Xbox Games Showcase: Everything announced including Halo Infinite, Forza, more for Xbox Series X
Microsoft showed off new games planned for its Xbox Series X console, including fan favorites Halo, Forza Motorsport and State of Decay.

The sequel to the popular survival game from more than a decade ago, and set in the Chernobyl exclusion zone, is getting a sequel. Microsoft didn't say when it'll be released though.

Obsidian certainly had the most to show at the event, including its next big first-person role-playing game. With magic. We saw a premiere trailer for it, and were told that it's being developed from scratch to take advantage of the Xbox Series X's new capabilities.
The creators of SteamWorld brought us this new game, a launch exclusive with a visual style about as different from its SteamWorld 2D aesthetic as you can get. It's in 3D, for one thing, and it looks like you collect Gunk in a constantly shifting landscape populated with enemies.
Microsoft premiered the CrossfireX campaign, developed in conjunction with Remedy Entertainment, known most recently for its trippy paranormal game, Control. Coming later this year, the game looks like it has much of the story-driven characteristics of its other games, with a lot more first-person shooting.
