You can never have too many doors on a fridge

The LG LFX31945ST refrigerator sports a door-in-door design. The door allows for easy access to drinks and other commonly used items.

The first step in any journey is opening the door.
The first step in any journey is opening the door.

Doors are like portals, where they can transport us to another place. Cooking, too, can take us to faraway lands and exotic locations all without leaving the kitchen. By that reasoning, it only seems fitting that big, rectangular food storage unit that dominates the kitchen should have as many doors on it as possible.

The LG LFX31945ST Super-Capacity 3 Door French Door Refrigerator with Door-in-Door only comes with one extra door, but it's a start. Made to allow for easy access to commonly used items such as drinks, the door-in-door design offers an interesting new take in a spot where others might not have looked before.

The departure from the expected is the starting point for this fridge. In addition to the clever design of the right door, the refrigerator includes a space-friendly feature on the left by utilizing an in-door design for the water and ice dispenser. Inside, this allows for plenty of room with the fridge boasting 20.5 cubic feet of storage capacity. The full-width freezer down below supplies an additional 10 cubic feet.

Despite the large capacity and loaded extras, the fridge fits into a standard 36-inch opening. Where you will let that take you, however, is another matter entirely. Just make sure not to leave the doors open when you leave.
