Slick, iMovie and 10.1 A GeeThree web page states:iMovie 2.1.1 for OS 10.1 changes the way that plug-ins are installed. There is no longer a Resources Folder and Plugins folder. To get your Slick Transitions and Effects to work with iMovie 2.1.1 for OS 10.1 follow these steps:
- In the Users folder, open your user folder.
- Open the Library Folder and create a folder named "iMovie".
- Inside the iMovie foldercreat another folder named "plugins"
- Place the Slick plug-in files in this folder
By the way, as stated on this page, iMovie 2.1.1 is included with Mac OS X 10.1.
Mac OS X 10.1: Question Mark Appears in Dock Apple Knowledge Base article 106469 states: "A question mark may appear in the Dock where an application formerly appeared. This affects Microsoft Internet Explorer when upgrading to Mac OS X 10.1. This occurs whenever an item in your Dock cannot be found. The solution is to remove the icon and create a new one for the application in question." This is a revision of the article, first posted yesterday. Originally, it only included mention of Internet Explorer; it is now more general.
