Salad Hands give lettuce an extra kick
The Ergonomic Salad Hands help you get a better grip on your salads, letting you toss and serve with some flair.

It's summertime, and that means salads for more meals than the rest of the year. My set of salad utensils is getting quite a workout. In order to make sure that my hands aren't getting the wrong kind of work out, though, it's important to look at the ergonomics of serving salad. Those long-handled spoons and forks just aren't always ideal. The Ergonomic Salad Hands offer an alternative. These salad hands have ergonomic nonslip grips that fit right into the palm of your hand. You're not limited to using these salad hands with salad, either: they work just as well with pasta dishes.
The Ergonomic Salad Hands measure 8.5 inches by 3.5 inches and come as a two-piece set, with one spoon and one spork. They are made from nonporous and nonabsorbent polypropylene with brightly colored grips. Though the actual salad utensils of each set are white plastic, the grips come in your choice of blue, orange, red, and green. You can safely run the Ergonomic Salad Hands through the dishwasher, an important consideration after mixing and serving a salad full of beets or pasta covered in olive oil. A set of the Ergonomic Salad Hands is $10.
