Final Cut Pro serial numbers In a follow-up to our previous coverage of Final Cut serial numbers, a reader points out that some serial numbers are poorly printed, and often the letter "Q" appears to be an "O."
Final Cut Pro 2 on Beige G3 A reader reports that Final Cut Pro 2.0 cannot play or capture video on his Beige G3. An attempt to do either ends with an error type 12. The user was told by Apple that this is an unsupported configuration, although early documentation including this press release could be construed as supporting Beige G3s.
