This door that's nestled within the larger refrigerator door is perfect for beverages, yogurt and other snacks that you're likely to reach for more frequently.

Door-in-Door isn't new to LG, but they've just added a new model to the lineup -- the $5,999 "Mega-Capacity" LPXS34886C.

The LFXS32766S was LG's reigning Door-in-Door capacity champ at 32 cubic feet, but this new model ups the ante by 2 cubic feet to deliver 34 cubic feet of chilled-air goodness.

This large refrigerator offers left and right Door-in-Door compartments; open the left door with a lever at the bottom of the fridge panel and the right one with a button on the right fridge panel. It has a "contoured" black glass finish that's supposedly impervious to pesky fingerprint smudges.
