Resorcerer 2.4 is out! It's the first major upgrade to this resource editing utility in years. It works for both Mac OS 9 and OS X. Note: The carbonized version of Resorcerer 2.4 is missing some of the features available in the Classic version. In particular, it does not have some of the editors for some of the older color graphic resource formats ('cicn', 'crsr', and 'ppat' resources).
