Troubleshooting Canvas 9.0 (#2): Problems with Canvas 3.5 file formatting

When opening files created in Canvas version 3.5 with the recently released Canvas 9, some users are noticing that bullet arrows are suddently reversed.

Deneba's technical support department is informing customers to the effect that there were several changes of the program and operating systems that make it virtually impossible to import these old files without some limitations' and no corrective action will be taken.

MacFixIt reader Norm Shea writes "This is a signicant item for me since I have hundreds of files showing the direction of flow though lakes, created in 3.5 that will have to be converted."
