Apple has released Security Update 2008-003 in the following editions:

Note that this update is duplicative of the security refinements in Mac OS X 10.5.3, and is therefore unnecessary if you have applied Mac OS X 10.5.3. In fact, it will not install on volumes with 10.5.3 already present.
