For the truly dedicated, grilling season is never officially (or for that matter, unofficially) over. However, the decision to keep the home fires burning deep into the summer doesn't necessarily mean that heat exhaustion has faded into the sunset; things can get confusing after so many grill sessions. While the ability to discern chicken from pork (hopefully) isn't a concern when surveying the grill grate landscape, the claims to said wings and chops could get a little muddled when it all starts to blend together. That is unless you have your name on your claim.

Claiming the meat on the grill is a time-honored barbecue tradition that will always be popular; unfortunately, so is disputing those claims. Discouraging any ideas of "I don't see your name on it' before they can start, ThinkGeek's BBQ Branding Iron solves the previously indefensible argument by actually letting you put your name on it. No longer must vague claims result in backyard brawls.

The fun grill gadget consists of a branding iron that is customizable by sliding the included letters onto the business end of the iron; heat it up and sear your name directly onto the burger or steak that looks best. After a long summer of grill sessions, mix-ups at the grill can be a thing of the past--assuming, of course, that none of the grillers shares the same name.
