"Key equivalents" 10.1.3 bug in Open/Save/print dialogs

Erik Barzeski writes: "After upgrading to Mac OS X 10.1.3, all the buttons in BBEdit's Save dialogs failed to work properly when using keystrokes. I can't hit command-D to go to the desktop, I can't press enter to Save, and so on. In fact, almost all of the keys I press seem to go back a level as if I was navigating through my hierarchy backwards." He contacted BareBones Support about this, and they replied:

"This behavior is due to a bug introduced in 10.1.3 which causes key equivalents for default buttons in the Open/Save/Print dialogs to stop working in some situations. We have already reported the problem to Apple, and hopefully, this will be corrected in future OS releases."
