OS X Utilities Updates: HotApp; Dock Detox; more

HotApp 1.0 lets you assign any hot key to activate/run an OS X application. This release fixes "all known" bugs.

Dock Detox 1.0 will remove application icon bouncing in the Dock when application requests user attention.

USInternational 1.0 is a Mac version of the "U.S. - International" keyboard. It duplicates as closely as possible the Window key sequences, while keeping most of the option-key sequences intact. The disk image also comes with a copy of the layout in Classic Mac OS format.
