It fixes numerous problems including: Fixes stuttering with rapid mouse movement and mouse buttons 4 and 5 work in OS X; Fixes gaming going into window mode in 10.1; Fixes specific issues between Aliens vs. Predator and Mac OS X 10.1.2.
Giants: Citizen Kabuto Build 7 is a patch that addresses some OS X issues in this game. For example: Mouse config now stays constant after exiting on 10.1.x systems.
