Grilling on the porch or patio
The Char Broil Patio Bistro Infrared Grills are designed for grilling in smaller areas. Available in gas or electric models, they offer the ability for anybody to get out and grill.
Food often tastes better when it's cooked outside. Attribute it to the use of charcoal, or wood chips, or even just the fresh air, but for some magical reason, hamburgers and hot dogs (and everything else, for that matter) tastes better with a cool breeze on a hot day. If it weren't for the fact that our kitchens were built inside the house, we would be taking every opportunity to cook and eat outside. So we grill when we can, but for many, rental and space concerns mean having to go elsewhere to get their grill on.
With the Char Broil Patio Bistro Infrared Grills, anybody can enjoy the benefits of outdoor cooking. Small enough in size for practically any patio, the grill is available not only in a gas model, but an electric one, too--perfect for those constrained from having an open flame by their lease. The electric grill features a 1750-watt burner; the gas model offers a 13,000-BTU burner.
Standing at less than 40 inches tall with a footprint about 2-feet square, both grills offers full-size flavor via the use of infrared cooking. With even heat distribution and no flare-ups, the grills cooks with radiant heat, providing a wide temperature range that rivals traditional grills. With no worry of open flames to handcuff usability, the grills bring home the ability for everyone to enjoy the flavor of outdoors, no matter if it's only on a small porch or patio.
