There are few things in life as satisfying as a home-cooked meal. However, the personal touch that we so crave has a serious drawback: The clean-up. Dishes may migrate from table to sink to dishwasher at a glacier's pace, but in the end, they do get cleaned. That's the easy part. The stove unfortunately is usually another matter entirely.

The Samsung FER300 Electric Range offers the modern kitchen the convenience necessary to not only streamline the evening meal but also the clean-up afterward. Featuring a four-element ceramic glass cooktop, spills and spots are easily wiped clean. Inside, a hidden bake element provides the same practical convenience, giving owners the capability to wipe the interior clean without being hindered by protuberances.

For baked-on tough stains, the large 5.9-cubic-foot range also features a steam cleaning option. Using 10-ounces of plain tap water, and the "SteamQuick" feature, the oven's interior is steam-cleaned with the press of a button. Twenty minutes later, the interior is ready to be easily wiped clean without the use of harsh chemicals.

The efficient design not only facilitates cleaning up after a meal, but also while preparing it too. With two dual 9-inch/6-inch elements (one of which is a fast boil element) and two 6-inch elements, the range is ready to provide complete meal management from start to finish--including the unsavory part afterward.
