<b>Floppy disks not mounting in Mac OS 7.6.1?

Richard Brome writes that, after updating to Mac OS 7.6.1, the floppy drives on two of his Macs (a PowerCenter 150 and a Performa 6400/200) would intermittently fail to recognize and mount floppy disks. Usually, restarting would temporarily fix the problem. Craig Dorschel had a similar problem on a Power Mac 7200 and determined it was due to a multiple extensions conflict.
