MacHeist, usually known for making available a bundle of Mac applications at heavily discounted prices, is offering a smaller bundle absolutely free. With a retail value of $154, this nanoBundle is being offered free of charge, a departure from MacHeist's usual twelve applications at a discounted price. But, users will have to hurry as there are only six days remaining to get the deal.

Software included in the nanoBundle:

  • Shovebox: Drag text, images, or URLs to an icon on your menu bar and Shovebox will save it for later.
  • WriteRoom: A simple, but powerful, text editor that provides users with a distraction-free writing environment.
  • Twitteriffic: A great desktop Twitter client by Iconfactory that is easy to use and saves important desk space.
  • TinyGrab: Simple screenshot sharing with the ability to automatically upload shots to an FTP server.
  • Hordes of Orcs: A tower defense game where players must build walls and defenses to save their town from infiltrating Orcs gone rogue.
  • And, once the nanoBundle has 500,000 participants, users get access to Mariner Write: "The easiest to use Mac word processor."
Simply provide MacHeist with your name and email address and they will give you a download page with all the necessary serial numbers for your software. It is quick and easy and worth a look if you are hanging out on your Mac this weekend.
