AllAdvantage causes browser freeze

Thomas Ainscough writes: "The AllAdvantage viewbar for Macintosh becomes unstable, freezing Internet Explorer 5 (and perhaps other browsers), when the AllAdvantage banner server goes down (or if the viewbar is unable to communicate with the server for any reason)." Thomas received the following reply from AllAdvantage about this matter: "You are correct, this is caused at times by the site being down...We are aware of the problems while the site is down. In the meantime, please be patient and only run the viewbar when the site is up."
