Here's how you can earn double GTA$ and RP in the multiplayer game for the next week; plus, new discounts detailed.

Everyone who plays Grand Theft Auto Online during the next week will earn double GTA$ and RP for all Versus Missions, Rockstar Games has announced. March 4-10, these missions will pay out double their normal rewards, whether you win or lose.

The Versus Missions are available from GTA Online's pause menu. Alternatively, you can learn more about them through the Rockstar Social Club links posted below.

Additionally, Rockstar has announced that you can also earn double RP in Freemode when flying under bridges and for completing lessons at the San Andreas Flight School.

Running alongside this promotion is a series of sales on GTA Online aircraft, weapons, and clothing. The offers listed below are good through March 10.

GTA Online Discounts Include:

  • 50 percent off Flight Suits & Flight Caps
  • 25 percent off all Combat Helicopters
  • 25 percent off all Private Jets
  • 25 percent off all Automatic Rifles
  • 25 percent off Homing Missile Launchers & Ammo

This is the latest in a series of recent updates for GTA Online, the multiplayer mode for Grand Theft Auto V. Before this, Rockstar released a Valentine's Day update and a new David vs. Goliath-type mode in February.

Rockstar parent company Take-Two has described GTA Online as "the gift that keeps on giving" as it relates to the revenue derived from the game's microtransactions.

In other news about GTA Online, the mode recently enjoyed its best week ever in terms of revenue and the number of people playing it. That could explain why GTA V single-player DLC is nowhere to be seen.
